Our Treatment process is as follows:
Once the initial consultation is completed a specially formulated herbal oil is applied onto the mucosa of the nasal passage.
This oil produces a temporary warm sensation in the nose and lasts for twenty minutes.
The warm sensation is controlled by local anaesthetics and a specially designed nasal cooling apparatus.
Side effects
Except for a burning sensation in the nose that will be felt with the first application , no other side effects have ever been reported. The burning sensation lasts less than 3 minutes. The first treatment is applied at our clinic. To enhance comfort we provide a special cooling device for the nose. Further applications at home become tolerable due to desensitisation of the nasal mucosa.
